These gentle flow classes are suitable for after your first scan (12 weeks) until the birth of your baby.
During this precious time you are breathing for two.
I will give you the self-care tools to support a healthy and happy pregnancy. This includes breathing techniques for pregnancy and labour and yoga postures to boost strength and stamina needed during childbirth.
In each class I will teach a breathing exercise and then move through postures and discuss different positions for childbirth.
I also include coping mechanisms that ‘mimic labour’ and finish off with a relaxing restorative pose to relieve any tension.
